This warranty policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Vence Equipment provides warranty coverage for the machines and/or parts manufactured and sold by us. As the world’s leading machine manufacturer and brand, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Scope
This warranty policy applies to all new routers, mills, laser cutters, laser engravers, laser marking machines, laser welders, laser cleaners, plasma cutters, edge banding machines, digital knife cutting machines, wood lathes, parts and accessories manufactured and sold by Vence Equipment. The warranty coverage described herein is applicable only to the original purchaser of the machines and/or parts and is non-transferable.
Warranty Coverage
CNC Machines
Vence Equipment warrants that the new machines and/or parts, under normal use and service, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of at least one year from the original date of delivery by the customer.
Parts and Accessories
Certain parts and accessories may have separate warranty coverage. The warranty coverage for such parts and accessories will be specified in the machine documentation or any accompanying materials.
Warranty Services
Repair or Replacement
In the event that a machine fails to conform to the warranty coverage during the warranty period, Vence Equipment will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective machine or its parts and accessories free of charge. The decision to repair or replace will be based on the nature and extent of the defect, and the feasibility of the remedy.
Return of Defective CNC Machines/Parts
Before returning any defective machines/parts to Vence Equipment, the customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service team. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the packaging of the returned item. Vence Equipment reserves the right to refuse any return without a valid RMA number.
Shipping Costs
In the event of receipt of an incorrect machine and/or part, damage by the carrier, defects in workmanship and manufacturing, or an error on our part. Vence Equipment is responsible for the return shipping costs, at no cost to the customer.
The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the actual shipping costs associated with returning in cases where a customer purchased a wrong machine or part, it didn’t fit, or they no longer want the item.
Vence Equipment will bear the costs of shipping the repaired or replacement machines and/or parts back to the customer, within the original country of purchase.
Repair or Replacement Timeframe
Vence Equipment will make reasonable efforts to repair or replace the defective CNC machine and/or part within a reasonable period of time. However, the repair or replacement timeframe may vary depending on the nature of the defect, availability of parts, and other factors beyond Vence Equipment’s control.
